Job Duties:
- you will oversee and direct all activities and establish marketing strategies to meet the companys organizational objectives.
- You will be in charge of answering all inbound calls and answering questions covering interalia
- you will request pin charge, agent listing, pay-com subscriber sign up queries
- you will log all customer queries and keep records of all step taking t resolve issue to completion
Job Requirement:
. Minimum of Bsc/Hnd (Any discipline)
. Minimum of 2 years experience
