We are a company that deals with general construction, construction of single family housing and civil engineering contract.Our Company was established in 1958 and was listed on the exchange since 1978. We need qualified candidates to fill this position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of project plans at site.


• Liaising with all parties involved in the project including local authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.


• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule.


• Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget.


• Applicant should be conversant with the use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft project.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management


• PMP Certification


• 6-10 years experience


• Membership of COREN, NIA, NIB or any professional body in Engineering


• Extensive technical knowledge of engineering applications.


• Extensive practical site experience.
